学者简介：
Andy Tsay教授于美国斯坦福大学分别获得学士、硕士和博士学位。现任美国圣塔克拉拉大学商学院运作管理和信息系统系主任，斯坦福大学全球供应链管理论坛高级研究员，北京大学BiMBA访问教授，同时担任下列国际顶级期刊的副主编或同等职务：Management Science (8年), Production & Operations Management (3年,在任), and IIE Transactions (5年)，并担任Manufacturing & Service Operations Management编委。
圣塔克拉拉大学（Santa Clara University）商学院（Leavey School of Business）成立于1926年，为首批获得美国国家认证的商学院之一，位于美国高科技中心硅谷。

The Speaker:
Prof. Andy Tsay earned his Bachelor, Master and Ph.D from Stanford University and is now the Department Chair and Associate Professor of Operations Management & Information Systems in the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. He is also a senior research fellow in Global Supply Chain Management Forum, Stanford University and a visiting professor at BiMBA, Peking University. He serves as the associate editor or senior editor for the flowing journals, Management Science (8 years), Production & Operations Management (3 years), IIE Transactions (5years)，and manufacturing & Service Operations Management.
